Exterior Painting and Stucco Repair.
We just had a fantastic experience with the exterior of our home. We live in a stucco home that had "shutters" applied and stuccoed at the windows, and the paint color was a little dated. We were lucky enough to stumble across some true craftspeople who transformed our home. Steve at E Manteca, LLC removed the shutters and did an amazing job of matching the stucco of our home. You simply cannot tell that the shutters were ever there or that any stucco work was done. What a craftsman! His number is 352-302-4575. Then Monica and Robert of Eventide Painting came on the scene. They did an incredible job on our home, transforming it to a real showplace! They are meticulous, compulsive about details, communicated along the way. And they're super nice! We highly recommend them!

For a couple of years, we had wanted to update our very blah kitchen but at every store we went to – Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. – they tried to sell us new cabinets. There was nothing wrong with our existing cabinets. A neighbor here in OTOW had Monica and Robert refinish her cabinets, we saw them and started plans for a total kitchen redo the next day. Monica and Robert did an excellent job filling in the wood grain and painting the cabinets. They also added crown molding to the top of the cabinets and painted the walls and baseboards. My husband and I are still amazed when looking at the before and after pictures on this site. (Ours is the kitchen with the newly gray cabinets.) We could not be happier with their work. They are both professional, personable, very detailed and very reasonably priced.

Hi, what a great day it was when I met Monica and Robert. I had bought a very needy Villa in OTOW. I had thought I would replace the kitchen cabinets, but after many other expenses, windows, air-conditioning, and bath it became clear it wasn’t going to happen now. But with the new painted factory acrylic looking cabinets I can now be happy here. They were easy to work with and fair pricing and I would recommend them and have many times. Monica and Robert painted my entire house: interior walls, trim, ceiling, dark ceiling beams and they also sprayed my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets look amazing, and the price was right. They are very skilled, pay attention to detail, and neat and organized. Also, they are honest and trustworthy which hasn't been the case with other contractors I have hired. I found Eventide painting by chance through the neighbors website. I called the company and it was the best thing I ever did. They took my cabinet doors and drawers that were very old looking. They repainted them and I was absolutely blown away by the way they looked when Monica and Robert came to put the doors and drawers back, I have a totally new kitchen. I had my kitchen cabinets painted in January. The painter didn’t do anything right. The paint was peeling off. I was so upset. Then I read about Eventide Painting and called them right away. When I first talked with them I knew right there they were the people I needed. As I explained what I wanted they understood. They not only painted my kitchen cabinets a light sage green but also removed my counter-top and resurfaced it. I now have the kitchen I wanted!! Robert and Monica are so easy to work with. They know what they are doing and do the job right!!! They are so clean and organized as they work. It was like they read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted! I love my new kitchen!!!! And I have Robert and Monica to thank for it. I would hire them again for any painting job I would need done plus I tell all my friends and even on Next Door. THANK YOU EVENTIDE PAINTING! Robert and Monica have repainted and re-hinged my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and installed organizer pullouts. Robert added crown molding to the top and bottom of the cabinets and framed my bathroom mirrors. My kitchen and bathrooms looks amazing! Their prices were reasonable and they cleaned up every day after work. Best of all, they arrived on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do! Robert is extremely careful and took the time required to make sure the job was up to his high standards. The awesome transformation of my kitchen shows they’re going the extra mile! Spectacular! It looks like a brand new house! Bob and Monica from Eventide Painting transformed my house from a 22 year old vanilla (literally) boring blah into a stunning wow! Their attention to detail and hard work is admirable. Eventide first power washed, then painted areas that I hadn’t even thought of, like gutters, downspouts, eaves and the ceiling of the open lanai. They had excellent suggestions about which areas should be painted with trim color. They always kept me informed about the day’s progress and what would be done next. I could not be more pleased with Eventide and highly recommend them for any painting project. In fact, they will be here again soon to wash and paint our driveway and seal our pool deck.

A couple of years ago we moved into our villa in On Top of The World. It needed a few updates, which we have been doing a little at a time. We love our villa but our kitchen was one of those items that desperately needed a face lift. We did not want to go to the expense of installing new cabinets so we entertained the idea of just having them refinished. A friend of ours had hers redone and they looked beautiful so that was the route we decided to take. Our friend gave us Robert and Monica’s contact information so we gave them a call. So glad we did. They came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and we decided to move forward with the project. At our first meeting they gave us a start date and a day by day schedule that they would be following. Once the work was started, Monica kept us in the loop along the way. Monica would let us know when they would be arriving and what was going to be done that day. We decided to have our kitchen cabinets and our two-bathroom vanities redone as well. They had suggested that we add crown molding to the top of our kitchen cabinets, and what a beautiful touch that was. They replaced all of our old exposed hinges with the hidden hinges as well. What a difference that made. They pointed out things that we would not have thought of. They needed to sand, prime, fill and then cover with two coats of paint and then allow for drying time. They are so careful to cover any area that might be exposed to the paint. They were very neat and at the end of the day they organize their tools for the next day and would clean up after themselves. They have their operation down to a science. Monica and Robert were so willing to listen to us and did their very best to address all of our concerns.
They are very organized and very professional. Best contractors we have worked with. They made promises and they kept them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed a reputable, honest, hardworking, reasonably priced TEAM like Monica and Robert. They definitely work as a team and my cabinets and vanities are beautiful. Thank you so much Monica and Robert.

Monica & Robert just finished an outstanding paint job, on our kitchen. New doors on cabinet were installed, with new handles, and European hinges. They kept us apprised thru-out the process. The paint appears flawless, the cabinet doors are perfectly aligned, and not one problem with their work. AND, to top it off, they're nice people. If a grade was to be given it would be A+, and I'd hire them again!
